Return Policy

1- REQUEST A RETURN
Please email us at service@driedflowerde.com with a request to return/ exchange your purchase.
2- PACKING
Safely pack the items you wish to return and include the invoice. If you no longer have the original packaging please follow USPS, UPS or FedEx guidelines and package your items appropriately.
3- COURIER
Affix the printed label on to the package and seal it. Make sure to cover or block out any previous shipping labels. Drop off at the nearest USPS, UPS or FedEx ground location.
4-EXCHANGE CREDIT OR REFUND
Once we receive your package we will email you to confirm its arrival. Full priced items qualify for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund issued within 7 days of receiving the product. All items purchased on sale or during a sale qualify for exchange or store credit, unless noted as final sale.
